We can provide long and short-term care and support for students. Our minimum service period is one month (4 weeks). Our fees have been structured to allow us to provide quality care at the lowest possible cost. We have a number of payment options to assist parents.

Refund

All refunds are subject to an administration processing fee of $350 AUD plus any banking fees, unless otherwise stated. In the event the student's visa application is rejected or withdrawn prior to arrival in Australia, ISA will refund the total amount received as payment, less the administration processing fee and banking fees. In the circumstance where a student defers their course or arrival is delayed and the student is 18 at the time of arrival, all fees received will be refunded less the administration processing fee and banking fees. If a parent is granted a guardian visa or permanent visa and the education provider approves a change of welfare arrangements, ISA will refund the balance of any unused fees, less the administration processing fee and banking fees. In the event a student arrives in Australia and subsequently withdraws, cancels enrolment, or returns home for any reason, any guardian fees paid are non-refundable. If the student, parent, or education provider changes welfare arrangements after the student's arrival, no refund will be given. If there is a breach of any law or immigration regulation resulting in visa cancellation or the student returning home early, no refund will be given. All refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be processed within 14 days of approval. This refund policy does not exclude or limit any rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
